Shipping Rates
Orders
Orders are usually dispatched within 4-5 business days from the date placed. Some delays may be experienced if orders are made during or near the date of public holidays. All orders incur a 10% GST.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are the sole liability of the customer. You will be advised on unexpected delays when ordering.
Delivery Rates
Pickup of Goods will hold No Shipping Charge. All pickups are to be made from the pickup point - Star Ceramics at 83a Hillcrest Ave, Hurstville 2220 NSW
Shipping rates for deliveries made within City Metro are at a flat fee of $20.00. Delivery Charges outside city areas will be advised.
Shipping rates for deliveries outside City Metro will be quoted individually on every order.
Shipping rates for international orders will be quoted individually on every order. International purchases are sent via Australia Post Air Mail; However international purchases may incur an import tax or duty tax on sent orders. This fee/charge is wholly the responsibility of the customer. Star Ceramics cannot be held responsible for any government or authority charges.
